Every NICPL site shares the same electrical architecture, 5MW hall layout, rack plan, BMS/DCIM platform, and security/network fabric — about 80% of the design. The remaining 20% — cooling architecture, foundation and structure, water management, and building envelope — adapts to local climate, soil, and site conditions, under disciplined exception governance so standardization never drifts.
