Help build India's Tier-2/3 data center network

Nine Infinite Consulting Private Limited (NICPL) is a carrier-neutral, vendor-neutral colocation provider building Tier 3, TIA-942 certified data centers across India's Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — from 5MW modular campus blocks to factory-built containerized edge units. Building a data center network at this scale needs people across civil and electrical engineering, cooling systems, IT and monitoring, project execution, security, and the corporate functions that support all of it.

Why build your career here

Build something from zero

Every site in a 108-DC national rollout starts with the same first block someone has to design, build, and commission. Early team members shape the reference design everything after them repeats.

Work on India's digital backbone

Tier 3, TIA-942 certified colocation infrastructure for the Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities driving the next wave of India's digital growth — not another incremental metro data center.

Renewable-first, from day one

Hybrid solar and storage, zero water-wastage cooling, and IGBC-targeted buildings are part of the design brief, not an afterthought bolted on later.

Current openings — roles we're hiring across

We hire on a rolling basis against the categories below as new sites move through design, construction, and commissioning. If a specific role isn't listed as urgently open right now, we still want to hear from you — send your CV against the category closest to your background.

Network, IT & DCIM/Monitoring

Structured cabling, Meet-Me Room interconnect, and the unified DCIM + EMS platform — hardwired IIoT environmental sensors, rack power/temperature, and multi-site dashboards.

Site Operations, Security & Facilities

Day-to-day facility operations and round-the-clock technical coverage once a site is live, plus physical security — CCTV, biometric access control, per-rack electronic locks, and the facility-wide pest/perimeter program.
