These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.nicpl.com (the "Site"), operated by Nine Infinite Consulting Private Limited ("NICPL", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of this Site

This Site provides general information about NICPL's colocation data center business, including our facilities, technology, team, and investor relations. Content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, solicitation, or investment advice.

2. No investment offer

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities or other financial instruments. Any investor materials referenced on this Site are shared only directly with recipients following individual outreach, and only at NICPL's discretion.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Nine Infinite brand marks — is the property of NICPL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 4. Third-party certifications and trademarks

This Site references third-party industry standards, certification programs, and trademarks that NICPL targets or is pursuing for its facilities: TIA-942 (Telecommunications Industry Association), Uptime Institute Tier Certification (Uptime Institute, LLC), OCP Ready™ (Open Compute Project Foundation), IGBC green building ratings (Indian Green Building Council / CII), ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018, and 20000 (International Organization for Standardization), and MeitY empanelment (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India). Each of these names, marks, and standards is the property of its respective owner, referenced on this Site for identification purposes only. NICPL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations, and no such affiliation or endorsement should be inferred. Except where a page explicitly states a certification is held, references to these standards describe certifications NICPL is targeting or pursuing for facilities that are not yet built or completed. Official information about each standard is available directly from its owner: tiaonline.org, uptimeinstitute.com, opencompute.org, igbc.in, iso.org, and meity.gov.in.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, or using the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
